How we use what you send us
This website collects personal information in one place only: the enquiry form.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you typed into the form: your name, work email address, company, phone number if you gave one, what you are interested in, and your message. We also record the time it was sent and the internet (IP) address it came from, which we use only to stop the form being abused.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your enquiry and to follow it up — for example to arrange a demo or a proof of concept. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Where it is kept
Your enquiry is emailed to us, and a copy is kept on the server that hosts this website, in a folder that cannot be reached from the internet. We delete enquiries that did not lead to further contact when they are no longer needed.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. Every file it uses is served from this website itself.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email we have sent you, or send a new enquiry through the form saying what you would like us to do.
